Jonathan and Julia loved Willowwood Arboretum. It was a natures paradise - we saw bunnies, frogs, and bugs of every type.
I love this image of Julia in the garden. Her expression is so innocent - just how it should be!
Jonathan looks like such a handsome little man in this image. There is no finer moment than when the 2 front teeth are missing! Such beautiful children!
Once again, Rylee stole my heart with her dazzling personality and smiles for her Mommy.
We had so many cute shots, I couldn’t decide which one to post. Look at the shot below - I love how expressive she was with her feet. The happier she got, her feet got higher!
Rylee and her family are moving back to Texas after a stay here in New Jersey. I will miss them dearly! Hoping to to fly down for a photo shoot!
Happy Birthday Rylee. May all your wishes come true!
Stop for one minute, forget all the craziness of the world and wander with me through my favorite garden with my little angel Myla. A world of wonder awaits .. and many life lessons are waiting be discovered. Watch closely at her little fingers they are so expressive!
Of course, be a little timid at first. Check behind doors and leave no area undiscovered.
Use all your senses. Look with care at the colors, smell the beautiful scents and don’t listen to anyone that tells you not to touch.
Don’t forget to add some music to your life…the Itsy Bitsy Spider is highly recommended.
Smile at the beauty of nature. Spring brings with it a new beginning and an excitement of things to come.
Stop, rest and breathe now and then. It is in rest that you feel most at peace.
Lastly…drink…water, wine whatever is your fancy. It nourishes and cleanses. Thank you Myla for helping me see new things in my favorite garden!
Meadow celebrated her 1st Birthday at the end of February and arrived all ready to show off her great walking skills. She looked like a little princess in her party dress.
After her wardrobe change…we captured some great images of her hanging out playing with some pearls.
I love the little legs crossed in this next image. Do you remember when you could sit like this??
OK, I just had to end with this image - I thought - don’t we all have days when we would like to just do this?? I know I would!!
I love this age - and this time in a child’s life. They are dressed up and getting all the attention. And rightly so!!
Before I show you some of the adorable children I recently photographed, I have to first show off a photo of my dad that hangs in my home. It was “colorized” for those that remember that look. My favorite part is the bow on the arm. How cute is he??
Now on to my cuties! First is Patrick. He arrived prepared to think of something that made him smile. I loved that. Prepared even at 8…watch out!
His face just made me melt!
Next is my nephew Tom looking so dapper. I was amazed when he stood in front of me how I saw my brother. I don’t think I have ever seen it so clearly before.
Tom is a natural. He was born on Earth Day and I think I felt peace coming from him. Below is Tom’s signature shot. He had the unique ability at a very young age to wink. The ability has gotten him many extra chocolate chip cookies over the years.
Next was Allie - beautiful in her veil and gorgeous dress.
Outside is where Allie really opened up and showed me her personality. I absolutely love this shot - especially her feet!
Here we had the wind blowing her veil to make a beautiful image. Look at that beautiful image. I am definitely not revealing what was said to make her smile!!
Forsythia blooming for me is such a sign of hope! it means the weather has changed and there are so many things to come - like the beginning of a great movie! I feel that way about my little friend Rylee - in the Spring of her life. I can’t wait to watch her bloom!
I had such a hard time deciding what images to use for my blog. Rylee was enjoying the Spring day as much as I was. She was singing and dancing and showing off her adorable Easter dress.
Isn’t she adorable!
Rylee is all ready for Church on Easter. Amen!
Happy Easter and Happy Spring to all!
Who doesn’t remember all those photos lined up with our cousins. Now I understand what our parents went through trying to get the perfect shot. I had a blast with these kids - all at different stages!
Here is Matthew loving his new little baby sister Cara.
Ansley and Gia did a lot of little girl giggling that cracked me up!
Sean held Ryan just for a moment before he tilted over holding his little brother!
The next images were individual shots that I did of the older kids. I let them let loose a little with some silly faces and got a beautiful display of funny shots!
It’s hard to believe that Gavin is now a year old. And watching Anna grow has been such a pleasure. They arrived right before our big snow storm last week and had a blast.
Anna was a perfect model following all my directions. I loved these images of her sitting and smiling up a storm.
Here are Anna and Gavin together. How cute!
Gavin is such a happy kid - laughs easily and just loved smiling for his Mom and Dad! I loved this first shot. Almost like Oh No! Caught with my blankie!
Never too young to get a job. Get the tie!
What fun!
Meet Alexandra and Brandan - very adorable and active twins that came to visit last week.
Alexandra was very happy in front of the camera, smiling away. I think she looks like a little doll in this image.
There were many images of Brandan, but I loved this one. The expression on his face says “I have the phone, and you better not try to take it!”
Here they are sharing a little together time. Below are a few more of my favorites.
Can’t wait to watch you grow!
I have been photographing Matthew for a few years - before he came this time, he definitely took his cute pills.
He did everything I asked him to, told me all kinds of stories and absolutely melted my heart!
Here he is one minute being the tough guy….and the next laughing his heart out.
Matthew seems to be excited to meet his baby sister due in early December.
I saw a commercial recently where the little boy asks his Mom…how long is she going to stay? …talking about his little sister.
How cute is that? We’ll remind him of these photos one day when he isn’t so happy to have her around! Can’t wait to meet her myself!
